What advice would you give someone starting a dental practice?
Number one thing I think, you need to find a mentor. A mentor is very important in helping guiding you through all the little things. The second thing, setting up a good team. Finding a good bank, finding an accountant, finding good team members to work with you.
How do you manage your time?
Time management is always a tricky thing, but I think the best way to go about it is communication with your staff. We tend to know what's going on, everyone knows their responsibilities, and everything gets done when it's supposed to get done.
