More with Will & Erika
What are the keys to maintaining a good relationship with your business partner?
Erika: Honesty, communication and compromise.
What are the most important qualities to look for as a business owner when choosing a bank?
Erika: When choosing a bank for a business loan, it is important to choose a bank that is local and will look at you as an individual. We looked at a lot of larger banks, and we did not fit into their cookie-cutter plan for business loans. Hawaii National Bank was able to really look at us differently.
What do you love about banking at Hawaii National Bank?
Erika: They take very good care of us. They treat us like family. They bend over backwards for our needs. They are really wonderful with their customer service. I couldn’t ask for a better bank.
Will: The bankers at Hawaii National Bank are very accessible and personable. They really care about us and our business. They are always willing to help us in any way that they can.
