When choosing a bank for a business loan, it is important to choose a bank that is local and will look at you as an individual.
Dr. Will Coleman is well known for his professionalism and passion in the field of emergency veterinary care. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1999 and practiced in several emergency hospitals before relocating to Hawaii. He soon recognized the need for after-hours emergency veterinary care in Honolulu and eventually opened VERC.
Dr. Erika Sox is the first board-certified internal medicine specialist to practice in Hawaii and is a graduate of the University of California Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine. Following board certification, she practiced at a private specialty and referral hospital in California for several years before relocating to Hawaii with the goal of bringing previously unavailable specialty care to the islands.
ERIKA: Honesty, communication and compromise.
ERIKA: When choosing a bank for a business loan, it is important to choose a bank that is local and will look at you as an individual. We looked at a lot of larger banks, and we did not fit into their cookie-cutter plan for business loans. Hawaii National Bank was able to really look at us differently.
ERIKA: They take very good care of us. They treat us like family. They bend over backwards for our needs. They are really wonderful with their customer service. I couldn’t ask for a better bank.
WILL: The bankers at Hawaii National Bank are very accessible and personable. They really care about us and our business. They are always willing to help us in any way that they can.
